No, you're thinking of Ahowork's Ina patch (right), which is $9 but also larger and glows in the dark.
Woodpatch's Ina (left) is 3" and a flat woven.

Resident patchfag here, here's the comparison literally no one asked for.
Left is woodpatch's 3" woven and right is Ahoworks 4" embroidered.
As you can see, woven let's you get more details and colors, but it turns out flat and is hard to see details at a distance. Whereas the embroidered, because it uses thicker threads, catches light better and so it's details "pop" more, even at a distance.
My personal preference is embroidered always, but this woven on the left isn't too bad either.
