It's always been a point that despite her attempts to sound like a "rady", as she calls it, Satoko never really pulled it off well, with the story and her character descriptions always pointing out her questionable grasp on grammar. Even her Gou description still does this: "文法的に怪しいお嬢様口調で喋る。". And with the implication that she developed her entire speaking pattern as a reaction to her home life and ostracism, given that her Saikoroshi self speaks normally, it's obvious that it's all just a silly act.
Her speaking pattern was probably just intended for the contrast with her typical bratty, crude, crybaby self who spends most of her time working on traps to humiliate Keiichi with, just like how Rika's outwardly childish demeanour hid her sneaky interior.
