fug I don't know who to pick as my starter. I did a playthrough with Heca-tan when the expansion was new. Should I pick Okuu now? There are too many choices.

Goddamit, I was hoping Power Utsuho would be like Attack Utsuho in the old games. Her speed is slow now and having both attacks high instead seems like a waste. You'll just raise speed and one attack with EV anyway.
