The part and, though you can't really see it, her back is designed to resemble an insect's legs cradling her body.
With the very first version, the only thing hiding her nipples was the fact that I didn't draw them, and the legs basically squeezed her chest, but the next version had them cover up her nipples.

Her ultra-miniskirt gained some thin colored fabric in the center in her latest version, but that part's material seems to be soaked and transparent.
In other words, because their lower parts are always dripping with love juices, that part is always totally see-through, and doesn't really seem to have much of a purpose...!

By the way, I ended up redesigning her because when I submitted my artwork for the English release of MGE I, I actually lost the PSD files of some of the older girls... I tried to stick to the initial designs of the first book as much as possible.
If there's ever another opportunity for a remake, like a full remake of MGE I, or a game, perhaps her design might change more drastically.
