If there's something they can't handle in terms of injury or sickness they send for Eirin.

I'm not sure how the above is carried out, since Udonge is Eirin's student perhaps she has the ability to carry out some treatment? Possibly transport the patient to Eientei, or Eirin herself shows up.

People usually call her a pharmacist too. She's definitely a doctor as well.

But yeah, Eientei's definitely a cool place, I hope to see more of their story developed even if they tend to hide away. Perhaps a Udonge/Eirin team for the next shooter (Would like to see Utsuho/Orin as well).

They did quite a lot of mangas with them, but they did very little development on Udonge other than a couple of references. But it is nice to see them around, don't get me wrong!
