No because the previous translator called dibs on it and had a bitch fit when someone else wanted to work on them when she started getting slower. She even rejected help to put subs on HDrips of older episodes. The current batch of seiyuu fansubbers don't do full episodes. Also TE gets taken down from youtube and even on Bilibili.
