/jp/ - Otaku Culture

I'm looking for this spot so I can take a nice clear picture. The site for me has corrupted text encoding so I can't find out exactly where it was taken (http://cafe-alpha.org/cafealpha/kaidashi/kaidashi01/k_ysk.htm)), but it's definitely the place depicted in YKK both the manga and OVA where Alpha watches the lights of the flooded city turn on, which is Yokosuka. Someone has put together a set of sites on google maps relating to YKK but none of the points seemed like good candidates. Hopefully I can find it over a weekend.
