She has a rather excellent design. Simplistic yet memorable, like most of ZUN's best outfits designs. The classic tricolors go well together and the designs and choice of accessories have meaning to them.
To say she has your least favorite design out of all Touhous is ridiculous to me.

They're plenty of PC-98 characters whose outfits are rather generic and more like color swaps or seem uninspired. Eirin has some good things and thought going into her design. This is more than just opinion, it's arguably incorrect.
