Pretty much what everyone is saying here, just draw and you'll eventually get better eventually.

I started off with heads and I've mostly got that sorted now, but I'm moving onto bodies and I'm back to being absolute crap.

Doesn't mean I'll stop, I'm starting to practice drawing them as well (although if anyone has any tips I won't complain..)
