I wonder if it's ever addressed ingame that, if anything, Nepgear seems the older sister there.

Also, since the goddesses appear in HDD divinity mode in the trailers, I wonder if this is not based on true ending.

Have some HDD Nepgear. She seems to be a lot more airhead compared to the 'srs business' HDD Nep-Nep. It would be quite ironic if she was serious normally, and airhead in HDD.
