Since I don't visit that message board I have no idea what exactly is going on there. I remember reading on pooshlmer couple of months ago that someone from DS took the effort of retagging albums that were posted here, so I assumed this is what's happening. It boggles my mind because it shouldn't be that big of a deal to download these off p2p or wherever and encode/tag them however you like instead of using someone else's uploads.

In any case I'd rather not derail the thread into this sort of discussion. As I said I don't mind them being posted elsewhere if it's stated where these encodes come from.
