They're called Chobirume Petit but I don't know anything more. I usually win them off that Toreba app but sometimes I import them from Rakuten/Amazon/Ebay when I miss them.

I use MyFigureCollection, but the series listings are missing some and are incomplete. The Hippo set isn't even up, but it should come out within the next week. The reason I miss out sometimes is because I too have no way to reliably track release dates and new sets.

Also wanted to share; I have two Tsuchinoko's one I got in a mystery box but it was broken off the base so I rebased her on a Japari Coin. I just thought it was cute.
