I don't know how she could fall from grace so bad. She had her entire life set up for her before she was even born. Her mom is a literal Goddess who created a realm herself and who also has immensely powerful grimoires just laying around, free to be read by her children. Alice didn't even have to do anything if she really didn't want to. She could've lived her life in her mom's palace and enjoy all the luxuries that come from having the Goddess of Makai as your mom. But she somehow even failed in that and became a total loser. If I had had even half of the opportunities that she was given I'd be ruling both Gensokyo and the Moon by now.
