So H173 effect got retconned and Sotsu's just going to be Satoko giving everyone their vaccines? Disappointing.

I expected to see psychological manipulation and traps. Clever character writing for all the victims. Satoko trying to control everything to pinpoint accuracy, and all her troubles arising from unexpected developments.

Instead it's just "lets give them crazy juice and see what happens"?
