Not to pile unto your worries but this is how I feel about that tweet as well, it was definitely a tweet for our sake and the "basicness" of the tweet further supports that I feel.
It is like she desperately managed herself to say in the stream that she'd "Read supas tomorrow", it was something I knew and probably everyone else as well that it was merely for show and the likelihood of her not streaming was much, much higher.
In any case, basic tweet or not, the fact that she did throw it out there for us is not only to give us relief but also her saying to us to not worry ourselves sick all over Twitter because that is the last thing she wants to see right now.
Whatever she is going through is already enough heartache for her so she doesn't need to see her fans be heartbroken as well, better we throw out that unconditional support instead.

I'm 99% sure that if she had known about it beforehand she'd let it play but since she was informed about it on the spot and it was the last stream of this long play-through she definitely didn't want to take that small risk and have her anticipated ending stream be nuked.
If someone asks her to investigate MGRR beforehand to see if the songs are ogey then it should be fine.

Also, I'd like to take this chance to point out that even though she gets lumped in with the cutting board crew, she's actually not that flat, it's just that there's too many cowtits in Holo so she seems like DFC by comparison. Even just in her own gen alone she's got danchou, senchou, and the other one that's not Rushia to be compared to.
