The sky garden, and the barracks settlement. Also, the place where you get the Witch(I think?) power near the lake with all the ghost looking girls.

I love this game so much.

You're not the first, so it's not strange. I think you have to have a pretty broad mind to interpret a lot of the things as they are, but if you see no correlation at all, you're definitely missing it.

As for Uboa, it's just more of a meme than anything else. I saw it, I jumped when it happened, but it wasn't actually too scary. The only truly creepy areas of the game to me are the swamp with the lone women, the creature hidden deep within Mars, and the infinite highway that leads to a dead body. Uboa is just prominent as a fairytale element.
