This is the fleet I'm using for Air Superiority, a total of 121. I'll probably put Chitose or Shouhou as flagship for further protection. This is the loadout that won't do enough damage and usually gets wrecked by Node H, but not as much as my fleet without AS.

Chitose A and Kitakami Kai both got 1 Type A Ko-hyoteki. Fusou Kai has one Air Radar and a Zuiun.

I also tried to switch Hibiki with my Ise Kai, level 19. I had more success with that, but right now I'm trying different setups.

If I don't plan on AS I'll use Bomber on all slots besides the weakest for my Carriers. The weakest slot then gets one Dive Bomber. But as I said, I always get on Node H. And that instantly takes 1-3 of my fleet on red.
