It's the third TDmatsuri and this time I'm trying to make an actual effort in Castles. I remember a random tip about picking the conch girl which was super helpful, but I have no idea what even constitutes meta in castles. Is there anybody here that can give advice on who to focus raising out of these 7*s that have sort of accumulated from the random times I logged on and actually did rolls?

Also where do you get experience, the last levels seem to require absurd amounts while the experience fodder missions drop only 5k fodder when you need millions to fully level units.
