Just in some special and uncommon cases to be honest. Yuuri Morishita comes to mind, for example. There are some girls who have fake breasts, and other fix their teeth, but other than that it's a no, at least from what I've seen. I think that might be because people actually like these girls natural faces with their flaws.

You're not wrong, she actually stopped, it's a pretty normal thing; Riho Yoshioka did it, Fumika Baba too, Yurina Yanagi too, even Rena Takeda does less gravure magazine works now. They probably start focussing in their acting/modeling careers. A common thing between all of them is that they actually started doing acting and modeling stuff first. Not all of them success though, no idea about Ren, but it looks like Riho and Rena are doing very good.
