This is the reason why English speaking countries are so good at inventing new things and why Chinese and Japanese people have no creativity at all, but they're extremely intelligent.

The way that you percieve language is such a fundamental thing. Your language is the foundation of your thoughts. Japanese and Chinese people learn a language which takes a huge amount of memorization and dedication to learn, and even the process of writing the language requires being able to instantly recall thousands of complex memorized details.

English is very different though. There are some confusing rules, but the language itself is simple and requires very little memorization. This promotes more creative thinking because we don't need to be conditioned from birth to train constantly just so we can speak.

Easy to learn languages = Promotes creativity, encourages the discovery of different ways to express the language, and overall makes you a far more creative person who likes to think outside of the box and explore.

Difficult to learn languages with large amounts of memorization = Stifles creativity, you don't experiment and play around with your language because you're never completely comfortable with it, makes you a very dedicated worker who can perform exceptional well, but it's unlikely that you will ever do anything original.
