New Abyss: Quantum Singularity that totates weekly with Dirac.

QS is similar to dirac, but you can't skip straight to the boss, you have to beat all the mob groups first. partial progress in mob groups grants point. There's a floor skip mechanic like infinity's, clear a lower floor within 60s to skip 1 floor.

QS has a new mechanic:
There's an energy bar that accumulates by evading attacks, filling the bar to full grants a powerful buff, different areas will have different buffs. There'll also be quantum fluctuations that let you accumulate energy more quickly.

Mechanics for quantum enemies:
Quantum type valks deal more dmg to quantum type enemies, bio/mech/psy valks don't have any type effect vs quantum enemies.

Quantum type enemies have 2 states: Superimposed and Collapsed

While superimposed, enemies are immune to normal freeze/stun/paralyze/time slow and have some dmg resistance, they'll also have special attacks. If you evade their special attack(s) then attack them, they'll become collapsed, losing their immunities, dmg resist and special attack

Also leveling skills no longer require skill points, achievements/task skill pt rewards will be changed

From other things I'm reading, apparently Seele's dodge heals her, is a new type and has her fragments in an event so there is a possibility she might be an A-rank.
