Just because Yukari is known to have the "ability to control any boundary", it doesn't mean that she can literally do what she claims to be able to do to the letter. If you look at things this way, you will stop asking things like "why doesn't sakuya just stop time and kill everyone and skip the day so remilia can go out whenever she wants". Because she most likely can't. Because most people in genso aren't as powerful as we think they are.
