That would have been funny too and I'm all for over the top stuff like the Slayer riding two bnnuies into battle against a bunch of demons or youkai. Just imagine him firing his minigun while Ringo and Seiran shoot danmaku for maximum boolet saturation.
A jetpack could work as well and I'm sure there's mods that give him that specifically. A winged powerup like I said would work too. Really there's no limits here beyond our imaginations.
Doomguy going to Makai would be interesting like you mentioned to that other anon since Shinki and her demons are way different from the ones he knows. He'll probably still take shots at them though just on general principle but they can maybe talk him down as slim as such a thing is.

I mean Doomguy has already payed Gensokyo a visit via the Touhou Doom wad. So heading to Makai would be a natural next step. Doubly so since they're genuine demons.
Although they're probably better mannered and behaved than the monsters Doomguy is more accustomed to so who knows how he'll react to them when the time comes for a confrontation?
