>slowly but surely falling behind with Anki
>had to turn off new cards to grind down the repeats and get back on top of it
>still not on top of it
>still slowing down, used to do my reps first thing in the morning now do them last thing at night
>forgot to do them last night completely
>only bumped it up to 120 cards for today
>still haven't done them
>doubt I will

If it felt like I was learning anything I'd stick at it, but it feels so useless when I still can't read shit after 1k vocab and whenever I do try to read something I'll have no clue until I see the word on its own and suddenly "oh yeah it's ___" so in any actual context I am fucked.

Anki is useless, whoever suggested it to me is a fucking lying twat
