In the 'releases' section of the VN entry, it'll list the package it came from (rather than the VN name as you'd expect with a stand-alone release). If you click the release you'll go to the release page, which shows that it's part of a package with multiple games. You can see the same thing at Dra+KoI's entry, for example.

Problem with things like these are that you can endlessly debate about what is a VN and what isn't a VN. For that reason VNDB has clear guidelines on what gets an entry and what doesn't, and those guidelines are enforced strictly whenever someone points out a questionable entry. The alternative is to just let everybody post whatever the hell they want, but that would only end in disaster.
