Hasn't that a pretty common trend for years now? It's why the anime seiyuu industry is really top heavy with the few at the top getting tons of roles and everyone else getting very little. Even the cheap, low budget shows tend to get pretty big names so they can sell it on "Featuring the voice talents of X, Y, and Z!"
