Because while it's clear it's from a Japanese language learning site, which one of many it is remains unclear to anyone who doesn't frequent the Japanese learning threads. I've been here since 2008 and I don't know what site that is either. There's no phrase you can search for to identify it, and stuff like IQDB is totally out of the question. There is simply no way to find out what the source is without either already knowing it except for asking the poster.

No, I mean the phrase 'spoonfeeding' was used twice in 2008 and 'spoonfeed' was also only used twice, one of them meaning it literally. Then in 2009 it became more frequent, but still nowhere near how often it's posted in the later years. Patterns like these almost always indicate crossboarders bringing over the board culture of other boards.

As for your example, it was 2010, and most of all it was summer. If you feel 'u mad', 'derp' and '>implying' are genuine parts of /jp/'s board culture, I must ask you to leave.
