Are the jp guilds active? I've been in this random guild for almost 3 months. I am thinking maybe I should join a different guild?

This guild has 20 players that are online everyday. We are rank 2xx in alliance battles. Everyone is lvl90-120 and AW killers. only problem is few people donate to the goddess's other than the friendship one.. friendship goddess raises every 13-15 days. Dike raises every 23-25 days. Nyx raises every 35-40 days. I have mentioned multiple times in the chat that people should be donating more but it doesn't make a difference. I know since everyone is high level and killers those cards are useless but still...
