It’s similar to Twitter Media Downloader. Just without video download functionality and batch downloading. It’s even cool that when you save a photo from twitter, it can create a folder based on the username. Every time you download a pic from Twitter, it will save to that folder. Which is super convenient. I used to have run a batch file script that does the same thing.
