yeah, stocking's hair color is unique. if you were going to try to create it yourself, i would recommend using the kuroneko mod as it's probably the closest to stocking's hair style in existence(you can use tmoproportion to resize the hair), but i'm not precisely sure about how you would go about doing it unless the model's faces are conveniently colored differently on the back and front(but are set to use the same color).
