Yes, Reisen is the master of slayer. She acquires all slayers she learns. Combined with her other tree that doubles her slayer damage, she can be one wrecking machine even without relying on debuffs.

As for suppositories, I haven't used them but her ultimate weapon comes with high resistance to all permanent effects. I usually just give Reisen the Kusanagi because while two slayer effects are wasted, it still gives her double-slayer to 10 of the game's 16 enemy categories.

Speaking of her ultimate weapon, who else thought its name was awfully clever and fitting?
