I mean, there's always room for madness or corruption, but it'd be almost unthinkable, and not the result of simple bribery. I imagine that the other Yamas, or her superiors in the Celestial Bureaucracy, would remove her.

I don't know about you guys, but I prefer pictures of Shikieiki being magisterial or stern or pensive to being cute. Cuteness is fine, don't get me wrong, but as the Highest Judge of the Court of Paradise, well, it just sends the wrong image if she's overly cute. She's not a woman you can talk down to.

While she IS equal in stature to the physically imposing Komachi, she's also flat-chested, or at least straps them down enough to appear so, which Komachi is (VERY) not.

Obviously you can just be a sinner and then when you die the Yama will cast you to Hell, and then you just have to find her.

But you'll probably get sent to the new hell i.e. Jigoku, not the Hell of Blazing Fires (s'called the Former Hell for a reason).
