Once I drank nothing but coffee for like 5 days straight and became extremely dehydrated. I ended up getting hot flashes, cold flashes, bone pain, skin pain, eye pain, headaches, migranes, sore throat, sore entire body, blood in my shit, nasal problems, extremely low bodyheat, borderline incapacitated, could barely balance myself, had to wrap myself in 3 jackets and 2 blankets and I still wasn't warm enough, had to boil water on the stove to heat up the bath because the hot water wasn't strong enough. All that and I still hopped on my bike and went to buy a shit ton of smart water at 8:00 PM. Illness is just in your mind until you fall asleep.
