The most they've interacted is in Ryuushen's second maid cafe collab, where Mirei was playing a ソープ嬢 and Tomoe was her client. They were also in the same team practice in the last Splatoon cup, but otherwise they haven't really interacted.

Mirei said during her second anniversary stream that she'd like to collab with Tomoe and do ASMR together. After the Splatoon cup she also said that she doesn't want to get between Crossick but would like to collab doing something lewd together. Tomoe was also asking about ideas for a collab with Mirei in a stream where she was going through her Nijisanji wiki article.

They're both the type of people who don't really invite others to collabs without knowing the other person, so I doubt they'll interact unless they happen to be invited to the same collab by someone else or participate in the same tournament.
