If it was up to me I would regulate computers like they were weapons, you are not allowed to use one unless you know how it works and how to use it, this should include knowing programming and you should know network protocols to use the internet.

My opinion is exactly the same as when vtumors where literally flooding /jp/ with spam, make a dedicated board and ban them all if they post their spam outside it, they already ruined /g/ and /h/ and spreading into /jp/, /a/ and /e/, even /b/ is full of their shit(an improvement in this single case).
But of course the mods won't do this and at most will make a board but won't enforce any containment like they did with vtumors.
