(take that in a lewd manner, if you will) A few fans disliked her (maybe) for being a ripoff or Reimu or a replacement or something and decided to hate on her a bit. It turned into a meme/joke rather quickly and is not only present in the West but is strong in the Japanese Touhou fanbase as well. There was also some line saying "Sanae is a good girl" from some work, which is often used ironically. Because she is often portrayed as big-boobed, it's associated with being slutty. I like her nonetheless.
