Cause it's harder to be weeaboo in the UK than America.

Manchester here. I used to buy manga and stuff from Forbidden Planet, but after a few trips back and forth to Japan buying raw manga, and gaining a pretty decent competence, I now only buy or download raw manga and watch raw animu.

But I still totally support the fansub scene whenever I can.

Oh yea, and I discovered an interest in Animu shit from 4later (channel 4 late night slot, used to show Japanese movies, animu, documentaries and whatnot) and Sci-Fi channel showing Evangelion and Nadesico and stuff.

Just found this on Craigslist:

"Looking for native-speaker of English (any nationality) to teach full time English conversation classes (children and adults, group and one-on-one).
No teaching experience or certification necessary; however, you will need a bachelor's degree in order to get the proper work visa. We will sponsor your visa if you are hired.

The job comes with a large, no-rent apartment (you will pay only for the utilities you use) that the teacher will have to himself or herself.

The applicant doesn't need to already reside in Japan; however, overseas applicants must pay for their own airfare to Japan if they get the job.
