All kidding aside, how does one defeat Gurren Lagann?

Let's review:

-1). It's at least 20 times bigger than a galaxy (e.g., it was jumping on galaxies in the final episode). And according to Gainax, its massive size in the Spiral zone is interchangeable with its size in our dimension.
-2). It has the ability to attack the past, present, and future.
-3). It's capable of manipulating probability.
-4). It's able to move several times faster than the speed of light. As observed in the later episodes when it warped half way across the galaxy.
-5). It's able to counter/withstand bigbangs (as observed in the final episode).
-6). It's full potential is undetermined because its power keeps multiplying/growing. We wont know its full potential until Simon becomes the 'Spiral Nemesis' that the anti-spirals feared. It is said that the universe will end once Simon gains that power.
-7). This last one is the most important. TTGL's main hax is the ability to break through (or overcome) anything you throw at it. Be it fantasy, laws of physics, or fate/destiny, Simon will overcome it. A good phrase to sum up Simon's spiral power is: "the ability to break through limits."

Spiral power is much more powerful than we give it credit for. Lord Genome (a person that has much less spiral potential than Simon had the ability to make Viral immortal. And in the final episode, Simon 'chose' not to bring someone back to life because of morals. Unlike Demonbane, there doesn't seem to be any limits to its 'hax' growth. But even if there was, Simon would just find a way to break it.

I just discovered that the Gurren Lagann movie is out. It's almost as if I've been living under a rock for the last year.

Now instead of being the 300th person to watch it I'm going to be the 17,000th person to watch it.

TTGL is invincible. TTGL can attack the past, present, and future. TTGL is bigger than galaxies and can change the laws of probability. Noone, and I mean noone can defeat TTGL.
