Opinions on what i should order from hotpowers as it is my first time. Also is this how you actually order stuff from there?

haven't seen it explained anywhere so I'll do my best
Pick 4 points worth of products and get them for 10k yen
First category is hotpowers brand stuff. Valued at one point but max 2 from this category.
Second category also valued at one point but seems to be cheaper ~2500 yen or less stuff. Probably not worth using the cheaper ones for the deal.
Third category is more premium holes and these are 2 point value. Includes stuff like the Meiki 005. Lots of interesting stuff in here.
Fourth category is 3 point value but doesn't really seem to save much (or any) money unless you package it with an category 1.

Also to order you don't choose the specific items from their store page but rather you add the 10k hole-set to your cart and specify what combination you're taking in the comments section of the order form.

I tried ordering from hotpowers using this guide. I received the confirmation email, but there is no secure paylink. Is it possible that I selected the wrong payment method? What should I do?

Just put your adress in the comment field normally. They ship via EMS and I haven't asked them if they can use other methods; I could ask for you.
They label onaholes as "pillows" for a value of 100JPY, meaning you won't have tax troubles.

They probably understand simple english words like "country, city, zip code" etc. Though I personally use kanji, I'll drop them here so you can copy paste them should you feel the need.
名前：[your name]
国名：[your country]
郵便番号：[zip code]
都市名：[city]
番地：[street number and name]

Don't know the kanji for state; and you can probably use
住所：[STATE - CITY]; [street number and name]
