Personally, I find it interesting how she has this carefree attitude lying on top of a lot of deep personal tensions. Perhaps the most obvious is her identification with the Earth despite her Lunarian heritage. For lunarians, their avoidance of impurity is a deep-set cultural value, and the fact that Kaguya adopts a favorable opinion towards humans at all is incredible. On a more immediate scale, there's the tension between her wanting to explore the impure earth, versus Eirin's insistence that she remain in Eientei for her safety. This bestows upon her an interesting mixture of knowledge and naivety that's just so damn cute. There's her tension with Mokou, their rivalry vs the realization that they are the only two immortals, and will need to get along. Also, her stage dialogue is hilarious, and her spellcards are diverse and beautiful.

Okay well however she may have changed she was a terrible person at one time. And she still is if she hasn't cut out the assassin bullshit.
