Ghosts can't make half-ghosts. It doesn't work like that. In the first place there is no such thing as a "half-ghost". Youmu Konpaku is a "half-phantom", and phantoms are not ghosts. Beyond that, half-phantoms are not made from humans and phantoms mating (you can't mate with a phantom), how they came to be is unknown but they're not half in the sense they are genetically half human and half phantom, but instead that they are humans who are partially phantomized.
