What an insulting concept. Any Gazer that doesn't take care of herself is hardly a Gazer at all.
A true Gazer is shapely and nimble. Quick on her feet, and yet able to gracefully switch to gliding thorough the air and rebounding off walls and surfaces for maximum maneuverability.
That sort of thing takes intense training and exercise, both of muscles and reflexes. And of course, the high spacial awareness you'd expect from a Gazer.

Ideally, size should be inversely proportional to smugness. If a girl is tall, she should be kuudere so as not to be too overbearing.
Smug tsunderes should be of a manageable stature that invites turnabout/reciprocation.
Tomboys, of course, are exempt from the above.
