Wanted to ask if you guys know of any ero games similar to Rance. Aka, something that is a fun game, with porn added in.

I only ask because I am really really board at this point and it was the only ero-game I ever really liked. (other then maybe saya no uta)

Some time ago on /tg/, there was a CGI pic posted. The guy who posted it said it's from a H-game.
The pic was a girl with what looked like a scar going down her entire body with stitches along it.
Everyone in the thread proceeded to shit bricks when a CGI of 2 twins who looked like the girl in the bed was posted.

What is the name of this H-game?
