1. Download this and extract it into your koihime folder:
http://www.mediafire.com/?i9dlrqg3hkk51ai

2. Replace the SoundPackSEVo and SoundPackSEVo.lst in your koihime folder with the one from the Japanese game.

3. Start the game and enjoy the voices.

Also, buy the game if you haven't already. It'd be great if they could really sell 2000 copies.

The tools I used:
Strip SNX files from bytecode and reformat: http://privatepaste.com/521fcfa3e9
Make SNX files from .japan, .english and original english script-file: http://privatepaste.com/b662b6e011

It's kinda messy, I know. Good luck figuring out what I'm doing there.

I found a way to get the voices back into the game without changing anything in the game system. It's pretty cheap, but works perfectly well. If mangagamer don't pull any weird shit I can do the same for the full game when it comes out. Full voice patch within a few hours of the release should be possible.

Anyway, have this for now: http://www.mediafire.com/?wotdqsmf5hyy090

Just extract all files into the mangagamer koihime folder. That'll put back the voices into the game. Wordwrapping still works and you don't have to download the whole Japanese game or shit like that.
Also, oh god ;_; Why is Rinrin so cute?
