How to 3-2:

1. Last formation for all nodes until boss
2. Do not go into night battle until the boss. You can get D and Cs on the battles and still progress.
3. Did any of your ships get damaged to orange by the node before the boss? Consider returning and trying again later. Or move on if you have a repair item on them or want to take the risk (personally, I wait until red before worrying). By later, I really mean later so you don't have to deal with fatigue. Put them at the dock and make a sandwich or something.
4. First formation on the boss node to hopefully do enough damage at night battle.
5. Give destroyers ice cream

Woo, 3-2 cleared. Now to never use them in battle again ever.

They killed Inazuma but luckily I had one of those repair equips...
Got lucky in Murakumo's case after she took a cut-in attack at 7 HP...
