Yuka and Yukari are rape tier.

If you're counting doujin work and h-doujin work there is no reason not to count the one Walfas did (in b4 Walfas hate).

None of them are canon of course. Yuka just hangs about doing her own thing with flowers being generally menacing. Not menacing enough apparently seeing as there are human villagers who doubt she's nearly as strong as Ayku's research suggests and she's been seen at the flower shop sometimes being rather polite.

So yeah, around weak people Yuka is surprisingly stable and people know better then to treat her with disrespect because she's still a youkai and villagers generally try and treat them all like elders when they see them in the village to avoid fights and because the chances are the youkai probably are elders.

No she ain't. Any semblance of Yuka being one of the top-tier S-Class Youkai along with Yukari and Suika is retconned in Phantasmagoria of Flower View.

If you play Yuka's route and defeat Komachi, Komachi appears unfazed and only embarassed at worst. If you play Komachi's route and defeat Yuka, Yuka's clothes are torn and she has the trademark tear leaking out of the corner of her eye.

Not really. PoFV does acknowledge the POWER LEVELS of some of the characters. If you defeat Yuka as Cirno, Mystia, or Medicine Melancholy in story mode, the protagonist flees the garden scared shitless, while Yuka still smiles, not a single rip in her clothing or parasol shown.

So yeah. Yuka may be able to blow away Lvl 5 Bosses like nothing. But if you believe Komachi is slightly less than equal to/on par with people like Sikieiki, Yuyuko, Remilia, Kanako, etc. then believing Yuka to be one of the most powerful Youkai in Gensokyo is a long stretch.

I blame Chado for contributing to the gross distortion of Yuka's abilities, but I still love his doujins. Pic highly related.
