I'm actually higher on new words, but both are above 99% for the past year. Like I said above I have spent way too much time on kanji/vocab retention/recognition in comparison to the skills I now see as more important. I did mention that I am happy with where my reading is when doing VNs, it's just my listening/production is so much worse that I am embarrassed by it. I appreciate the advice you guys have been giving and I will just turn up the reading and really turn up the listening over my summer break and then will start using Hellotalk when I'm back at uni.
