Not him, but they do? Really? For a very long time I've hated her (not anymore after my most recent re-read), but only because of her actions as a character and not for how she was written, in fact I always found her character to be a brilliant addition to the story.

I don't think it really did, especially considering that the final 3-4 chapters are excellent, but it did leave a bad taste.
