Looks like this is The Official /jp/ VN List (we have been needing one for a while now). Or at least until another fellow /jp/ friend who has played over 100 untranslated VNs can present their own list. I know I can't though. Maybe I should do one for STGs or JRPGs.

Will Type Moon make an appearance? How about Umineko or Saya? Watch the videos and find out! Or at least enjoy the many OP movies.

Your power level is low; when it grows you'll come to understand the error of your current Type Moon ways.

Trust me, around 4-5 years ago I was the same as you young ones. But then I quickly moved on from TM stuff.

It's basically a watered down Marvel. Actually, that's even what the creators were going for:

>>There's no system that everyone can agree upon as the best, so we wanted to make one that even beginners like us could use just by fumbling with the buttons. We also wanted to make sure that the Arc and Ciel fights would look as good as everyone was anticipating. The system may seem watered down, and fighting game experts may look down on it, but the idea is to have an enjoyable game with fights that look good, like Marvel Super Heroes.

But I still say don't bother with Melty Blood. It was fine as a doujin game, but it was never good enough to go pro. But you know how Type-Moon is when it comes to milking series. What's worse is that they handed off the game to Ecole (one of the worst game developers ever) and as a result it still feels like a game made by amateurs.

Also, for the new-friends: the Tsukihime anime was very popular among Western fans. It was so popular that we got doujin translations (cat, fine too, etc.) internet memes (bumstead), and the eventual game translation.

If there really was no Tsukihime anime, then you wouldn't have had any of that stuff. You would still be a newfriend, except one that would be introduced to Type-Moon through the Fate/stay night anime.

I like how they finally decided to actually give Asako Nishida an animation budget for the final episode.

She's a beast when she actually has resources to work with.

Asako Nishida (the art director/character designer of Simoun) keeps talking the series in her blog. She just updated this week; it turns out they're gonna do something with the manga (reprint it?)

I can already smell the sequel getting greenlighted.

Have some of her old Tsukihime fanart.
