First, you need to install yt-dlp https://github.com/yt-dlp/
Next, go to the folder where you installed yt-dlp. Open a cmd terminal within the folder and type, for example: yt-dlp --skip-download --write-sub --convert-sub=srt https://tver.jp/episodes/ep0qiq2wju

You can also add the --skip-download flag if you don't want to download the episode along with it.

The TVer link can be found by going to a drama page, clicking on an episode and copy-paste the episode URL
